Tang Jiaguo, a student from China University of Petroleum, drew the attention from the many deputies as well as Yili Group. Tang is from Shache County, the city of Kashi, in Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region and he led a very poor life. Since his college study, all his cost of living is covered by his part time job during the holidays and weekends.
