On September 10 th , Pegasus Communications held 12 hours of closed-door training for their mid-level employees in Avic Hotel. In order to improve the employees' systemic design and professional expression, the training had two topics How to write a professional project and Skills for presentation .
This training course was different from other trainings in that only 3 and half hours had been used to teach and the remaining time for simulation drills. In addition, the mid-level employees all had certain work experiences and professional bases, so the simulation drills were rivalrous and antagonistic.
During the simulation drills, the employees were divided into 4 cooperation groups through a picture making game. Just like 4 independent PR companies, the 4 groups competed for two simulated clients¡ªZi Shengtang new product launch design and Yanjing Beer Olympic strategic presentation. In the next 3 hours, after listening to the ¡°clients'¡± briefing, every group prepared their projects £¬ including market research, data analyses, discussion, and making PPT.
After supper, the simulation drills began. The two simulated clients were also the judges for the competition. Although all four groups completed full projects, the judges pointed out many shortages. At last, two groups won cash awards.
Employees welcome and hope to have more of this type of training in the future. In this way, Pegasus will continue to improve employees' business skills and professional qualities as well as introduce more people into the training.
