The 2005-2006 China Outstanding Marketing Awards presented by Economy Observing Paper was held in Shanghai . The first traffic safety topic “To Use Safety-belts and Airbags Correctly”, drawn from Pegasus Communications' “Mainland Traffic Safety Project”, was awarded the Prize for Best Innovation.

In this Outstanding Marketing Awards ceremony , 215 cases were submitted, out of which, the Judges Committee chose 61 to compete . According to the Judges nominations, they would choose one Best Innovation Prize and one Best Effect Prize. The Judges Committee praised the activity “To Use Safety-belts and Airbags Correctly” for fully using government resources, media resources, and successful cooperation with the ACL. At the ceremony the case video was played for 15 seconds. Furthermore, the delegates from Pegasus Communications said they will cooperate with CAA to create more excellent PR cases in the future.

With the rapid development of China 's automobile sector and the increased enthusiasm for purchasing cars, traffic safety problems have become more and more serious. On September 14 th 2005, CAA signed a cooperation agreement with the ACL and began the half-year activities of the “Mainland Traffic Safety Project”. They held a series of activities- seat belts and airbags, speeding, child safety and drunk driving. Such activities were highly praised by the media, all circles of society and government.
